The Third Party Presidential Candidates Debate Real Issues on Russia Today

The Third Party Presidential Candidates Debate Real Issues on Russia Today

By Dark Politricks

This is the full third party Presidential debate which was shown last night on Russia Today last night. Isn't it funny how it takes a Russian TV station to provide some kind of balance to the establishment stranglehold on American politics?

As Mitt Romney and President Obama both competed for the prize of Israels best friend in their last debate. Last night the third party Presidential candidates discussed real issues and many that haven't even been touched in the previous Presidential debates.

The candidates debating were Presidential candidates Jill Stein of the Green Party, Rocky Anderson of the Justice Party, Virgil Goode of the Constitution Party and Gary Johnson of the Libertarian Party.

Topics such as:
  • The corrupting influence of money in American politics.
  • The two party system being a stranglehold on the US democracy.
  • Student Debts.
  • Home foreclosure.
  • Zero rate interest loans to fatcats in Wall Street.
  • How both George W. Bush and President Obama have shredded the constitution through acts like the NDAA and PATRIOT Act.
  • The war on drugs being a total waste of money.
  • The hypocrisy of America attacking foreign countries for crimes they themselves commit.
  • Foreign wars based on a "pack of lies".
  • Term limits on politicians to prevent "jobs for life".
  • The little difference between the two establishment candidates
  • How the GOP and Democrats claim to support balanced budgets whilst Obama's budget is $1 trillion in deficit and vice-presidential candidate Paul Ryan would create a $800-billion deficit.
  • How Super PACS have ruined democracy in the USA.
  • Cuts to Planned Parenthood.
  • Proposed 43% cuts to the Department of Defense.
  • Stopping the USA from being the worlds policeman.
  • Cuts to Pell Grants.
  • A moratorium on green cards for immigrants until unemployment dropped below five percent for American citizens.
  • The rising police state in America.
  • Abolishing income taxes on individuals and corporations.
  • The impending "monetary collapse" where US dollars would be worthless thanks to the country's debts.
  • The use of the military to attack countries rather than it's proper use which is to defend the country and not invade others.
  • How the biggest threat to our national security is that we're bankrupt.
  • How immigration is a good thing for the USA.
  • Protecting marriage equality under the Constitution.
  • A Green New Deal that would bring renewable energy jobs to the USA and push it towards energy independence.
  • How the wealthy are wealthier than ever.
  • How the rest of America are forced to accept the austerity program that allows Washington to spend trillions on wars abroad and bail out Wall Street when it makes bad bets.
  • Making public higher education free for everyone.
  • How marijuana is dangerous on account of being illegal, not illegal on account of being dangerous.
  • Repealing laws that allow assassinations, wiretapping, as well as the the PATRIOT Act and NDAA.
  • Pushing for a constitutional amendment clarifying that money does not equate to speech and that corporations are not people.

How comes it takes Russia to show the USA how to hold a fair and balanced election?

How comes it takes Russia to show the USA how to hold a fair and balanced election?

By Dark Politricks

It comes to something when the USA, supposed home of liberty, freedom and refuge from tyranny, has to ask for external observers to their elections to stop them being stolen.

The USA is very good at labeling elections in countries such as Iran or Russia stolen or compromised but who are they to talk after the debacles of the Bush elections, the proven hackability of the Diebold electronic voting machines and all the voter suppression being carried out across America at the moment.

Not only do we have Republican Governors trying to introduce laws that would block a large percentage of people who would normally vote Democrat from voting by insisting on forms of ID that these people don't have or don't have time to get before the election.

We also have CEO's of companies telling their staff who to vote for, that their jobs depend on voting for Mitt Romney and even asking their workers to contribute to the Romney campaign whilst they fly around on their private jets.

Then we have the spectacle of Mitt Romney's son buying electronic voting machines that will be used in key swing states including Ohio - imagine the uproar by FOX News if Obama had done that!

Despite all the shenanigans going on to block or cajole people voting from one way or another we have the disappointing choice of two candidates who seem to differ very little on the important things as last nights debate shown.

Not only are both candidates in hock with Israel and sworn to protect it with the blood of American sons and daughters, but both are war mongers who will probably start a war with Iran in the next Presidency to distract people from the meltdown of the American economy and way of life.

Just as history shows us, first there is an economic collapse, then a massive wealth disparity between the top few percent of the country and the rest of us and then when things just don't get any better a war comes along. We should not let either of these two candidates lead us down this road again.

And why is it that these debates are only between Obama and Romney when there are more candidates standing for election? Is it because the debates are organised by the establishment themselves - yes - it is all facade meant to show that there is a difference between the two parties when none really exists.

There are many other candidates standing for election including Green, Libertarian, Constitution and Justice party candidates but we don't get to hear much from them.

Maybe if they had been allowed to debate the two establishment candidates in a real debate about important matters then it would have been much better to watch instead of just seeing the two candidates agree about important foreign policy issues.

Issues such as why do both men support giving US tax payers money straight to the banks that stole from the nation instead of locking them up in jail.

Or why do we always stand by Israel and talk about Iranian nukes when Israel has hundreds and uses the USA to fight her wars for it.

Or why are we fighting unbeatable wars on terror and drugs when we are stone cold broke. Just imagine all that tax revenue that would be brought in if Marijuana was legalised.

If you do want to watch a proper debate, one in which both candidates don't try and out warmonger each other, then RT.com is showing one tonight.

This is a debate which you can watch live between the Libertarian Party's Gary Johnson, Green Party's Jill Stein, Constitution Party candidate Virgil Goode, and Justice Party candidate Rocky Anders.

It comes to something when Russia has to show the USA how to conduct fair and balanced elections.
Not only did they install 15,000 cameras in polling booths so that every Russian citizen could watch and help prevent vote rigging they also had more than 2 candidates standing for election.

Also as they don't use electronic voting machines there is a paper trail that can be analysed after the fact. Something the American population cannot do with their easily hackable voting machines. Maybe there is a reason Ireland sold all their electronic voting machines as scrap metal.

The UK finally stands up to the US and prevents the extradition of Gary McKinnon to the USA

Gary McKinnon not being sent to the USA for trial over alien hacking scandal

By Dark Politricks

We heard great news yesterday as the UK suddenly grew a pair of balls and stood up to America for once.

What was it that caused the government to grow a pair?

Well the Home Secretary Theresa May decided to keep Daily Mail readers and the majority of the UK public happy by not sending Gary McKinnon to the USA.

They had always promised pre-election to do this and re-balance the unfair extradition treaty between our two countries but no-one really believed them until yesterday.

This was an extradition order in which he was facing up to 60 years in prison for hacking insecure US military computer systems on his hunt for an alien cover up. He was a loner with a UFO fix that needed scratching and he did all of his hacking with easily obtainable tools and open to attack US military computers.

However compared to the Goldman Sachs banksters who have hooked their  super computers into the Wall Street stock exchange so that they can manipulate the DOW Jones, front run trades and actually steal billions from pension funds and personal investors he was incomparable.

If anyone needs locking up for 60 years it is these "hackers" who have been given a free run by both the Bush and Obama governments to steal from the public without risk of fine or punishment.

As the BBC News site said:
British computer hacker Gary McKinnon will not be extradited to the US, Home Secretary Theresa May has announced.
Mr McKinnon, 46, who admits accessing US government computers but claims he was looking for evidence of UFOs, has been fighting extradition since 2002.

The home secretary said there was no doubt Mr McKinnon was "seriously ill" and the extradition warrant against him should be withdrawn.

Mrs May said the sole issue she had to consider was his human rights.

She said it was now for the Director of Public Prosecutions, Keir Starmer QC, to decide whether he should face trial in the UK.

Mr McKinnon, who has been diagnosed with Asperger's Syndrome, faced 60 years in jail if convicted in the US.

This is great new for Gary McKinnon who has always admitted the charge and wanted to face justice where the crime took place. Here in the UK  not in some US court where he would have surely ended up in an orange jumpsuit in a federal prison somewhere.

A person like Gary would not have lasted long in a hardcore US Federal prison where he would have faced beatings, rape and even death due to his gentle nature. All for his crime of "hunting for aliens" on insecure US military computers.

Therefore the Human Rights Act, which the Daily Mail and Tories attack so often, was used legitimately to protect a UK citizen who was vulnerable to suicide from a horrible fate in a US prison. I just hope these right wingers will now see how the Human Rights Act can benefit us all - not just the terrorists and scroungers that are constantly used as straw men to attack it for protecting their human rights.

We have just extradited a number of terrorist suspects to America including hook handed Abu Hamza who is charged with setting up a terrorist training base in America and attacks in Yemen.

These people are real terrorists not people suffering from autism like Gary McKinnon who just wanted to look for signs of an alien cover-up.

In reality Gary McKinnon did the US a favour as despite what the US claim, that he committed the most serious hacking attack ever faced by the USA. In reality all he did was reveal that multiple US computers were open to the easiest of hack attempts.

He wasn't some brilliant computer genius who hacked his way pass numerous hyper secure firewalls using viruses and trojans but instead he used a basic port scanning tool to find open computers within various US military installations that "forgot" to use secure administrator passwords.

If he anybody such as Gary could do this with easily downloadable tools from the web then China and Russia surely would have already got much further than him and probably already had.

These computers should have had been super secure but as Gary has said in his interviews they were totally vulnerable to even the most untrained hacker and he was able to access numerous computers in his hunt for signs of an alien cover up and claims to have succeeded in his task.

If you watch the interview below you will actually see that Gary McKinnon claims to have found proof of alien spaceships just as he was being caught.

He also claims that there is a whole department in NASA that "cleans" photos that contain any signs of alien spacecraft or other objects before sending them off to universities and other scientists for use in the public domain.

It is clear from other hacking cases that the country who has been hacked is willing to take on the expertise of the hacker in lieu of punishment and then use their skills for their own nefarious activities e.g Stuxnet or the new Flame virus - both viruses that use multiple zero day exploits to work their way round the middle east destabilising Iranian nuclear plants.

However because Gary McKinnon took advantage of such an easy method to gain access to these US computer systems there was little benefit in offering him such a choice as he wasn't a "super hacker". Instead they have been chasing him for a decade for the misdeed of revealing how vulnerable their computer systems were to attack and his life has been made a misery because of the threat of spending the rest of his days in a US prison.

In reality the US government should be thanking Gary for helping to shore up their security but instead they have chased and harassed a man with Aspergers syndrome for the best years of his life.

I only hope this is the end of the matter and Gary can get on with his life in peace without ending up in some sort of "accident" such as a double shot to the head suicide.

Here is Gary McKinnon's interview about what he saw and how he accessed the US computers with a basic port scanner tool. Within the interview Gary talks about:
  • Why the American government want him so much and how the Labour government seemed to capitulated without a fight.
  • How he was a clueless hacker who didn't cover his tracks whilst investigating US computer systems.
  • How he gained access to high grade military and NASA computer system through unsecured administrator accounts without passwords.
  • How the US government claims that he caused $5,000 of damage to every computer he accessed which coincidentally is the minimum amount required by US law to be charged with the crimes he has been.
  • Why he believes that the US government has access to alien technology such as free energy which should be distributed to the people of the world.

Internet giants Facebook, Google and Twitter pretend to stick up for our privacy whilst selling our personal data to advertisers

Internet giants Facebook, Google and Twitter pretend to stick up for our privacy whilst selling our personal data to advertisers

By Dark Politricks

A story in yesterday's Daily Mail tells how the "big 3" Internet giants, Twitter, Google and Facebook are planning to block a bill being introduced in the UK parliament which requires them to store all data for a year so that security agencies, police and councils can request its disclosure at a later date.

The Internet giants were interviewed by a cross party committee of UK MP's and they have all come out apparently fighting the draft Communications Data Bill.

From the article in the Daily Mail.
"They reveal directors from Google, Facebook, Yahoo!, Microsoft and Twitter believe the Bill would breach users' privacy and allow repressive regimes to spy on Britons."

"Facebook said it might go to court to resist the new law, while Google and Twitter executives said they could refuse to unlock encrypted data if the Government were to seek the information via third-party providers such as BT."
"Facebook said it might go to court to resist the new law, while Google and Twitter said they could refuse to unlock encrypted data."

"Facebook director Simon Milner accused the Government of using a 'sledgehammer to crack a nut', and claimed the potential for nations with poor human-rights records to obtain data 'should be a real concern'."
Now I'd say that it doesn't even matter if these companies, which are all spying on us for their own marketing purposes anyway, say they are sticking up for privacy. Especially when it has been shown time and time again that companies like Microsoft and Google help the NSA and other US secret service 3 letter acronyms anyway.

We now have the all invasive TRAPWIRE system that is linking up CCTV cameras and spying on US citizens constantly, along with the city sized computer base under UTAH to hold and analyse all the data that is being constantly collected on US citizens which is apparently now all perfectly legal.

There is no doubt in my mind after the EU caved in on banking data transactions that these systems will be linked up in future to the UK who is already the most surveillance country if you go by the number of CCTV cameras that follow us around day and night.

Is it another case of let the "plebs"' think they are pushing big brother back a bit whilst all the time lying to our faces as our personal data is stored by a multitude of electronic databases.

Systems as old as ECHELON which was created by the West to spy on the USSR and Eastern Bloc countries but after the cold war was turned on our own citizens.

To get round laws preventing the trawl method of spying that ECHELON does on their own citizens the countries involved decided to spy on each other and share the data. Australia would spy on the UK and the UK would spy on the USA and the USA on Australia. This way the national laws were bypassed and the data was shared among the countries anyway.

However with more and more spying methods and snooping laws being introduced in western nations there seems little need for these pleasantries and our own countries are freely admitting to spying on us all. For our own safety of course.

You never know when those 20-30 real remaining al-Qaeda members left over from the times of "the base" in the 80's war against the USSR in Afghanistan might pop out under your bed.

Fighters who we helped train and fund and at that time we called them freedom fighters or more accurately the Mujahideen. Our proxy fighters who over time turned into our mortal enemy/de-stabalising friends.

Al-Qaeda terrorists who we obviously have some control over and are used whenever required to overthrow nations we suddenly dislike such as Libya and Syria.

So it might seem like a "win" when these Internet giants say to our government they will refuse to help them spy on us whilst at the same time collecting and keeping the same data for over a year, who knows for how long, by selling adverts, email lists, and details of our friend networks and who knows what else to advertisers to make money.

Obviously there is an easy solution - don't use the Internet.

However it's just too damn addictive isn't it?

So if you don't want to be spied on then you better go and buy a shack in the woods and wrap tin foil round your head but then it isn't going to stop those thousands of satellites spinning round the globe spying on you is it?

We do truly live in a world of hypocrisy and George Orwell would be dismayed how we have just allowed ourselves to walk into a world of high tech police state style surveillance.

Turkish F16 planes force down a Syrian flight full or Russian passengers

Turkish fighter planes force down Syrian flight bringing the nations closer to war

By Dark Politricks

If you haven't heard, and you probably haven't if you are hooked into the mainstream media, tonight a Syrian plane taken Russian passengers to Damascus was intercepted by Turkish F16 planes and diverted to Ankara, Turkey.

Reports from passengers and aircrew have rang up the Russia Today news channel and claimed that they have been beaten by masked men, forced to sign papers they don't understand and had their luggage checked.

However the BBC News report I have found makes no mention of this and as expected takes the western talking point of a legitimate "stop n search" tactic which may have prevented arms getting to the Assad regime.

Turkey is reportedly trying to stop weapons getting into Syria and the Turkish foreign minister has claimed that the passengers will be allowed to continue but luggage found on the plane will not.

However from non axis of war aligned country reports Turkey has been allowing weapons to flow to the Free Syrian Army for a long time so they are only trying to stop weapons getting to the Assad regime and not in general to lower tensions in general between both sides of the conflict.
"..because of the clear evidence that we received, we negotiated with our prime minister and decided to let the plane fly on to Syria with the passengers, but we are going to hold on to the material because of the ongoing investigation and the next steps."
"Our investigation is continuing. Since there might be materials that were supposed to be declared but have not been, we are holding this material in our hands to continue to inspect."
From an article on Russia Today which is telling the story at the moment.
Earlier, Davutoglu said that Ankara had received intelligence that the Syrian plane was carrying "certain equipment in breach of civil aviation rules
The Turkish authorities were interested in some spare parts, which a businessman bought in Russia and was transporting to Syria
“They started unloading some packages. They opened them, took pictures. There were many people. We all saw what was in there. There were no weapons. You could see it with an unaided eye!” she said.
It seems that after last weeks possible false flag attack in which NATO weapons were fired from within Syria back into Turkey killing a number of Turkish citizens, it seems that the western axis of war UK/USA/France is prepared to go down the "one attack on a NATO country is an attack on all" route to get their war.

They are doing this as they have been blocked in the UN at every turn by Russia and China who want to see mediation between both sides in the conflict, and not be tricked into signing up to another UN declaration that could lead to another NATO led war like the one in Libya.

The mortar used to attack the Turkish town of Akcakale is a design specific to NATO and was given to Syrian rebels by Ankara, according to Turkey’s Yurt newspaper. The mortar killed one adult and four children from the same family on Wednesday.

An article by the paper’s Editor-in-Chief, Merdan Yanardag, states that the newspaper received information from a reliable source, which claimed that Turkey itself sent the mortars to rebels in the so-called "Syrian Free Army."
Turkey is a longtime member of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization and they’re going to act in conjunction with other NATO powers, so it’s unsurprising that this has happened,” editor of the Pan-African news wire, Abayomi Azikiwe, told RT.
If the UN route has been blocked due to Russian and Chinese vetoes in the same way the USA vetoes all votes on Israeli misconduct, assassinations, attacks on civilian populations and breaches of international law. It seems that the NATO "defense" route is the one that will be used to start the neo-cons next war in the Middle East.

I have already reported on this site how we are basically backing al-Qaeda terrorists, ex Gitmo detainees and religious fanatics that make up the various rebel groups that combine under the banner of the "Free Syrian Army" in the same way as we backed them in Libya.

Either we are so short sighted that we cannot see the mess we created by supporting the same type of people in their overthrow of Gaddafi in Libya.

This is the same ex al-Qaeda affiliate who was tortured on MI6 orders by the USA at Guantanamo Bay and is trying to sue the British government for doing so.

We either seem to have very short memories OR we are deliberately trying to destabilize whole areas of the Middle East to weaken support for our intended "end" enemy Iran.

A war with Iran that would drive up the price of oil, cause terrorist attacks across the western world and possibly start another World War by drawing in Russia and maybe even China.

Maybe there are even Great Depression economists advising the USA/UK/French axis of war that another World War is needed to bring ourselves out of our current global depression we are suffering in the hope of repeating the economic stimulus that was the build up of the Military Industrial Complex before World War II.

Maybe they see a big war as just what the pragmatic economist doctor would order.

Plus a few million people killed in any future global war can only be a good thing for these Malthusian followers as it will decrease the population in such a way we have not had for over 50 years now.

We have "been lucky" over the centuries that every 50 years or so an economic downturn has been followed by war, death and then a generation of peace makers who try to resolve the problems that led to the last crisis.

We are now two/three generations from those who led us to destruction in World War II and we have just had another boom and bust economic crisis which only leaves the subsequent war to come along and "clean the pipes" so to speak.

We already have the formation of far right groups gaining in political power across Europe in re-action to the imposed austerity policies being implemented on their populations by the bureaucrats in Brussels and their paymasters in Germany.

If anyone hadn't realised so far the EU has had the direct opposite effect to the one it was created for - to wrap Germany tightly into Europe and stop if from dominating the continent.

Instead Germany is now installing leaders in countries, demanding austerity measures that don't work, job cuts, tax rises and social security cuts in return for bail out funds despite the proven fact that austerity does not lead to growth. Plus Angela Merkel is greeted wherever she goes with Hilter salutes and hundreds of police to protect her fr0m barrages of Molotov cocktails.
  • Have a major national debt and huge deficit? Answer: Sack thousands of people and cut pay therefore reducing income tax to the treasury and increasing unemployment benefit pay outs. Reduce education and training, ensure your brightest talent leaves the country for one not undergoing "austerity measures" and hope the nations GDP just grows by magic.
  • Got a severe world food shortage? Answer: Kill the hungry.
  • No jobs for millions bankrupted by the global bankster created depression? Answer:  Send them to die fighting in foreign deserts in another unrequired war.
  • Need a major distraction to the bankster controlled global economy and the mass protest groups growing in strength in Europe and America? Answer: Start World War III to scare everyone witless and keep them distracted from the real enemies of this global Shakespearean play.
Conspiracy theory or plans being seriously considered?

I suppose it all depends on where you get your news from.

Here is an RT.com report on the plane hijacking that would definitely start a war if it had been Syria diverting a Turkish plane full of American passengers on it's way to the USA into their airspace.

The Rumble 2012 - Bullshit mountain versus The Daily Show

The Rumble 2012 - Bullshit mountain versus The Daily Show

By Dark Politricks

This video may be a bit poor quality but it is the full debate between Bill O'Reilly and Jon Stewart held recently at the weekend.

I have to say it was a much more interesting and entertaining debate than the one between Mitt Romney and President Obama the other night which everyone agreed Romney won easily hands down.

The debate was titled "The Rumble 2012" as the Daily Show's Jon Stewart faced off Fox News host Bill O'Reilly in a debate at the Lisner Auditorium on the campus of George Washington University in Washington, D.C.

Debating political issues that the real Presidential contenders should have been were two celebrities from opposing ends of the political spectrum. Bill O'Reilly the Fox News, Right Wing, Romney supporter and Jon Stewart the liberal comedian and Obama supporter.

Unlike the Presidential debate the recent video of Romney declaring 47% of Americans as "slackers" and "dependent on the government" was debated almost immediately and I have no idea why it wasn't in the main Presidential debate.

Jon Stewart called Fox News and Bill O'Reilly members of "Bull shit mountain" who believed Obama was a Muslim Kenyan Marxist. He defended government spending on social programs including female sexual health care which "Bull shit mountain" has been attacking whilst defending giving out Viagra for men and supporting tax cuts for the rich.

Why the Presidential debate was such a one sided hit for Romney with Obama looking like he had just been told before he went on stage he would be assassinated if he even tried to argue his way to a second term I have no idea.

However this was a much more entertaining and enlightening debate for anyone wanting to know the issues at hand in the 2012 US Presidential election.

As the full video keeps getting taken down from YouTube for copyright infrigments here is the YoungTurks view on it.

New film, "The Campaign" and how it relates to real US politics

New film, "The Campaign" and how it relates to real US politics

By Dark Politricks

I watched the new Will Ferrel film, "The Campaign" the other day at the cinema.

I would class it as a comedy that wasn't far off from pure satire and if you took the jokes out you would be left with 90% political reality when it comes to US politics.

Here are just a few examples from the film that can easily be related to actual political events or people in US elections.

1. You have a real dumb stupid candidate running for office that know even less about life and reality than Christine O'Donnel - hard I know but a long debate could be had about it for sure.

2. Politicians that mention the word "Jesus" along with "Support the troops" at any opportunity just because the "crowd loves it" and it makes them look patriotic.

3. Politicians who are in that large majority of people "following" the Christian faith but don't chose to walk in Jesus's footsteps. Basically people who believe they can do what they want as long as when they are caught out they repent their sins and ask for forgiveness from the lord and savior  People who drink, take drugs, have sex with prostitutes or affairs and then are forgiven by a public with a very short memory. I can think of more than a few politicians that meet this criteria on both sides of the aisle.

4. The "evil" billionaire brothers (mmm wonder who they could be satirising who believe they can just "buy" a district by supporting a candidate with huge amounts of money through Super PACS and donations. A candidate who is "in their pocket" and will do whatever they want including vote how they are told if elected. I wonder how many US politicians are enslaved by their election funders wishes?

5. The brothers belief that American wages are too high whilst Chinese workers, slaving away for only 50¢'s an hour (it might have even been a day) are just about right. They want to abolish all health and safety regulations, any form of workers rights or unions, age limits and basically turn a whole US district into a Chinese sweatshop colony inside the USA. Funny in the film but when you realise that American's don't make anything anymore and the USA's biggest export is rubbish to China you don't have to stretch your mind too far to believe it could happen seeing the US is indebted to China by a huge amount of money.

There are plenty of financial commentators who believe the USA is in the process of getting the country ready for Chinese style working and living conditions and they might not be so far fetched. The police state is already implemented and any recovery in the economy is going to be service based just like Thatchers transformation of the UK in the 80's and we now all live in an economy that can always be bettered by a country willing to work for less. A country dependent on crooks and banksters to pay the bills is in an even worse position i.e City of London & the UK.

6. Sexual shenanigans by the politician that is instantly spun into a "positive" and then forgiven by the public due to the politician being a "real gun weilding man". There was even a poster of Will Ferrell with his arm around a picture of Jesus on a massive billboard holding a gun.

7. The threats by the billionaire brothers to drop millions of dollars of negative advertising into the distinct labeling the opponent as a Marxist and Commie just because he owned a couple of Chinese dogs! It reminded me of that attack advert on Mitt Romney where he was criticised for speaking French!

8. The smile-less, Karl Rove like character that managed the campaign from the background. Spinning bad news into good and pulling strings in the background. Don't all political campaigns have shadowy figures or people that "make things happen" and "clean up" after their candidates nowadays?

9. The Dick Cheney like incident in which one politician shot the other after he slept with his wife on a hunt and actually received a bump in the polls for doing so.

10. The electronic voting machines that were owned by the brothers company and insinuated that the vote had been fixed "their way" because of hackingComputer hacking that has been proven again and again by the hacking of Diebold voting machines used in swing states like Ohio in recent elections.

Oh there were so many satirical comparisons that could be made you could go on forever but I would suggest to anyone that it is a good excuse to watch a funny film and just count those comparisons for yourself.

As they say Satire is often the truest way of seeing the idiocy of politics and politicians.
